How I got into Computers

I was one of those kids that played video games all the time and din’t focus well in school. At some point when I was around 17, I stoled some books from my uncle. Those books included introduction to computers and from there I became obsessed. My ADHD went into warp 9 and from there I did a lot of self education. I tried to attend college and did a few years but, the coursework wasn’t helping very well into getting me a job. So I focused more into the classes and self learning that will get me there. I acquired a few Comptia certifications and did random contract jobs. From there I was able to find a full time job and the rest is history.

Side Projects

• Deploy a Minecraft server with mods in a modpack for a server hosted in the household with around 5 or so users. Application is Java based so had to research how to maintain java applications like Tomcat.

• Deploy a PFsense in a older dell 7020 used to seperate networks and take advantage of open source networking features.
